The debut of the Zero-Feel Crease on Find N6 marks a monumental milestone in foldable technology, delivering a truly uncompromised, seamless viewing experience.
To achieve this, OPPO introduced the 2nd-Generation Titanium Flexion Hinge, crafted with industry-first 3D Liquid Printing technology. This cutting-edge process utilizes ultra-precise laser scanning to detect microscopic surface irregularities. High-resolution 3D printing then applies custom photopolymer droplets to fill these regions with surgical precision, with each layer instantly solidified via UV light. After more than 20 cycles of printing and solidification, every microscopic gap is meticulously leveled. This engineering feat reduces hinge height variance from the industry-standard 0.2mm to a mere 0.05mm, a 75% reduction that creates the foundation for a truly seamless display.
Furthermore, to ensure the screen remains pristine over time, Find N6 features Auto-Smoothing Flex Glass, which delivers a nearly 100% improvement in shape recovery and a 338% increase in deformation resistance. Working in tandem with the hinge, this glass acts as a structural spring to smooth out potential deformations before they become permanent. According to rigorous TÜV Rheinland testing, Find N6 reduces long-term crease formation by up to 82% compared with its predecessor.
Find N6 is certified to stay flat even after 600,000 folds, earning the prestigious TÜV Rheinland Minimized Crease Certification. This durability is further validated by the TÜV Rheinland Reliable Folding Certification, where the device operated flawlessly through a staggering one million fold cycles, providing users with ultimate confidence in the long-term reliability of their flagship experience.
