Staying up to date with the latest tech has never been easier. With Vodafone Xchange, customers can get a new phone every year on a 24-month Phone Plan – or a year early on longer plan lengths, simply by sending their phone back to Vodafone in good condition. 

Xchange is available on selected new and refurbished phones.* With all of Vodafone’s Pay Monthly Phone Plans, customers can spread the cost up to 36 months at 0% APR, with flexible upfront costs. 

With Vodafone Xchange there are no early upgrade fees and customers will have nothing left to pay** on their old Phone Plan when they exchange. 

Vodafone is also the only network provider that gives customers the full value for their phone when they exchange. If a customer’s phone value exceeds the balance remaining on their Phone Plan, Vodafone will credit them back the difference, helping them save on their new plan. 

As well as a great way to get a new phone every year, customers using Vodafone Xchange can give their phones a second life. Vodafone refurbishes or resells 97% of phones they receive back, with the rest recycled. 

For customers who want to keep their phone lasting longer, Vodafone also provides the UK’s only Lifetime Service Promise on all Pay monthly phones – with Battery Refresh and Lifetime Warranty included at no extra cost.
