EE introduces new PAY AS YOU GO data deals for the summer

EE has announced a range of pay as you go (PAYG) mobile deals, giving customers extra data to keep them connected over the summer season. These offers go live as new EE research finds that over half of Brits are planning to increase their social media usage over the summer. With up to 100GB of data available for £20 per month, EE is helping Brits to stay connected online and with loved ones this summer.

The PAYG packs – which feature a new 100GB plan, are available now with data rollover included:

3-pack purchase, available from now until 16thSeptember:

  • £10 – 8GB + 12GB extra – 20GB
  • £15 – 25GB + 25GB extra – 50GB
  • £20 – 50GB + 50GB extra -100GB

6-pack purchase, available at EE’s website and high street stores 17th July – 16th September:

  • £10 – 8GB + 12GB extra – 20GB
  • £15 – 25GB + 50GB extra – 75GB
  • £20 – 50GB + 50GB extra – 100GB

The packs launched following newly commissioned research from EE which revealed summer content is the most shareable of the seasons. A third of Brits report that they post most of their social content over this period, and over half (52%) admit that they are planning to increase their social media usage this summer.

This comes in addition to a further 38% of Brits who believe that posting about their summer experiences is important to them, with over half (52%) even admitting that they meticulously plan their content ahead of events such as holidays, eating out, sightseeing and festivals.
