EE have started to offer customers who are NHS staff unlimited internet on their plans until October to help say thank you for all their hard work and ensure they are always connected.

We all know the amazing job our NHS are doing to keep us safe and care for those who need it in these worrying times.
When you’re up against it, staying connected should be one thing you don’t have to worry about. So to say thank you we’re offering all our customers on pay monthly phone plans who are NHS employees an unlimited data boost until 9 October.

If you’re an NHS worker on an EE pay monthly plan, we’re serving you with unlimited data until 9 October.
How long does this offer last for?
The free data is valid until 9th October 2020 and you can claim the offer any time until then.
Who does this offer apply to?
All EE pay monthly customers who are NHS staff with a valid NHS email address can take advantage of this offer.
This unfortunately doesn’t include mobile broadband or pay as you go customers. See full eligibility criteria.
How does an NHS worker apply?
They need to visit https://nhsunlimited.ee.co.uk and fill in the form with their correct details and valid NHS email address.
Why are you doing this offer?
We’re doing this to give all NHS staff the comfort that they can keep connected with loved ones during these difficult times. Running out of data is the last thing anyone needs right now, especially those on the front line.
Why does the offer last until 9th October?
Whilst there is a lot of uncertainty about how long Covid-19 will last, we want to ensure we have an offer that is above and beyond the expected time frames of this pandemic; we didn’t want to create an offer that was short term only.
How will I find out if my unlimited data has been applied to my account?
Don’t worry you don’t need to do anything. We will confirm your unlimited data allowance via email. You’ll also receive a text message when the data has been applied (this could take up to 7 days).
What if the offer cannot be added to my account?
We will notify you via email or text message if there is a reason this can’t be applied to your account.
Can I gift this data?
You cannot gift this unlimited data, however you can gift the data in your core allowance until that has been exhausted.
How many times can I claim this offer?
This offer can only be claimed once per NHS member of staff.
Can I claim this offer on behalf of a friend or family member?
No unfortunately not. This offer is only valid for EE pay monthly customers who work in the NHS with a valid NHS email address.
Are NHS contractors eligible for this offer?
Only NHS workers with a valid NHS email will be eligible. So this will not apply to contractors.
Is this offer only available to EE customers?
Yes, you need to be on EE to qualify for this offer.
Will I be notified when my unlimited data offer is coming to an end?
Yes, you will receive a text message confirming the unlimited data has been removed.
Will this stay on my account if I renew my contract or upgrade my plan?
Yes, the unlimited data will stay on your account until 9th October 2020.
What if I want to remove this offer from my account?
If you want to remove this offer before 9th October, text ‘STOP NHS DATA’ to 150 from your EE device.
Are there any speed caps?
The unlimited data will be applied at the speed of your existing mobile plan.
Is there a fair use policy?
All our unlimited plans are uncapped so you can use as much data as you like, as long as it’s for personal use. For more information on personal use, please see our terms and conditions.
Can I tether or use hotspots?
Yes, you can hotspot off your phone as long as it’s for personal use only. For more information on personal use, please see our terms and conditions.
Where can I use this data?
This data can be used anywhere in the UK and EU. If you are using this data outside of the UK our normal roaming Fair Use Policy applies for unlimited data.
Terms and conditions
EE Pay Monthly phone customers who are current NHS staff are entitled to a boost of their existing plan data allowance to unlimited until 09.10.20.
Valid NHS email address required. Business Plans, Sharer, Pay As You Go, Mobile Broadband and 4GEE Home excluded. Offer only available once per person and is not transferrable. Subject to credit status offer may not be applied before 29.04.10. Data boost may take up to 7 days to be applied. Data usage as per plan terms. Data gifting allowance as per your plan allowance. Personal use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 1000GB/month to be commercial use and have the right to move you to a business plan
