From today, Motorola consumers can take advantage of the walk-in repair store in 12 convenient locations and receive professional customer service with a peace of mind that consumers won’t be left without their devices for longer than necessary.
Whether it’s a smashed screen or water damage, Motorola understands that being without a phone for a long period of time isn’t an option for consumers. As a consumer-oriented company, Motorola aims to solve the consumer pain point of needing to book an appointment in advance by enabling customers to go direct to ‘Pocket Geek Stores’ and receive walk-in smartphone repairs for Motorola devices.
Available at 12 convenient locations across the nation, including London Newcastle, Bristol and Glasgow, the partnership means trained professionals can diagnose and fix Motorola devices in a seamless, hassle-free process, free from appointments.

Motorola and Assurant UK plan to expand the number of walk-in stores to 21 by the end of the year and 27 by January 2024, with new stores in Manchester and Belfast already announced.
