Three UK confirm no 5G premium and unlimited plans

Today is a big day for Three in the UK as the company announced information and pricing for it’s 5G services that will be available before the end of the year.

The great news is Three confirmed there is no additional cost for 5G, all existing and new customers will have the service added without having to pay a penny more.

Best of all ,the company is continuing with their highly popular unlimited data deals which means customers have no worry how much data they are using, including unlimited tethering.

Three are the second network to offer unlimited 5G data after Vodafone announced their plans early in the month, however Vodafone offer a tiered speed setup where customers get unlimited data but capped speeds of 2Mbps on the cheapest, 10Mbps on the medium and only unrestricted on the highest priced.

Three however will offer the full speed to all customers no matter on price.

Three are proud of their spectrum holding which puts them in a great position to offer the best speeds and better service from their rivals, and with their 100Mhz block of contiguous spectrum, this will allow blazing fast speeds over 1Gbps, if not faster.

The company have launched their first 5G Ready smartphone today in the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G which has a massive 7.2 inch display and triple camera on the back.

Three also announced that the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and Xiaomi Mi Mix 5G will be added to the range shortly ready for the switch in later in the year.

This means anyone with a 5G Ready phone can continue to enjoy a great 4G+ network now, and automatically get access to 5G with an OTA update once the network is live.

Customers also continue to get a range of great services such as GoRoam for worry free roaming in over 70 locations, and Wuntu where you get savings every week plus easyJet savings for worry free boarding.
