EE have today added superfast delivery to more locations in the UK so customers can get hands on their new device faster than ever before.
Customers in Manchester and Birmingham can pick same day delivery and give the best address for the customer, this is in addition to London which was already live.
Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Sheffield, Cardiff and Cambridge will get added by the end of the year which is great news, especially with the speed of the 5G rollout full steam ahead.
Customers picking this delivery method can also have the device setup for them for the best experience possible and something unique to EE customers.

EE Rolls Out Superfast Delivery Service with Expert Set Up Service to Ten Additional Cities

23 August 2019, London: EE is extending its exclusive superfast smartphone delivery and expert set up service in partnership with Enjoy. The move will see customers in nine additional cities across the UK become eligible for the free service in the coming weeks, and forms part of EE’s ambition to provide the UK’s best and most personal, local customer service for customers.
The service has been expanded across the entirety of London, and from today will roll out in Birmingham and Manchester, before being extended to Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham and Sheffield, by the end of the year. EE pay monthly mobile customers get the ability to order their new smartphone and receive it with a personalised set up experience from an Enjoy expert, so they can immediately get the most out of it.
Available across all EE pay monthly 5G and 4G smartphones and handset plans, to utilise the service, customers can request it from EE advisors on the phone or choose ‘superfast delivery with expert set-up’ option at the online checkout on the EE web site. Pick the most convenient appointment date and timeframe between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday or 10am to 6pm on a Sunday. It’s a completely free service, just for EE customers. So, whether at home, at work, or in the pub, customers on the biggest and fastest UK mobile network can enjoy an unrivalled, flexible delivery and set up.
While a customer may set up a new device once every two years, EE’s smartphone delivery experts from Enjoy do it every day, and can get customers set up and running as quickly as possible. Whether it’s transferring over contacts, photos and apps, or learning about new handset features, EE’s experts will make sure the transition from device to device is as seamless as possible and even show customers all of the latest features. EE and Enjoy aim to offer the innovative service to 80% of UK population in 2020.
