The big news today comes from OnePlus who have announced their latest flagship will be announced next month.
The company are planning three different launch events for the new device and with the CEO tweeting little hints about some of the new tech, it’s the screen that seems to be the standout feature.
With rumors of one model packing a pop up 48 megapixel camera and another being the 5G model, it will be exciting to see what the company have in store.

Go Beyond Speed at the OnePlus 7 Series Launch Event
23 April, London. OnePlus is inviting the world to Go Beyond Speed, in a series of
global launch events at 4pm BST on Tuesday 14th May. At OnePlus we build devices alongside our community and we’re again going to launch the device with them – tickets for the London event at the Printworks in London are now on sale via OnePlus.com.
Early bird tickets will be sold at a discounted price of £16/€18 until April 25.
Previous OnePlus launch events have seen tickets sell out very quickly, so people are advised to book quickly. The OnePlus 6 launch in London last year sold out in just 10 hours.
Attendees will be among the first in the world to see and try the latest OnePlus devices, in our biggest ever community events with an estimated turnout of more than 8,000 attendees worldwide.
For those who can’t make it in person, OnePlus community members across the globe can also watch the launch event live through a livestream hosted at OnePlus.com and available through OnePlus channels on YouTube and Twitter and Facebook.
For the first time OnePlus will present a truly global launch with three events in three continents occurring simultaneously.
